21km at 21:00 on the 21st - your local time. Get it in the diary now so it doesn’t get missed. If you’re not already training, build your plan here and give yourself a proper shot at it. Take two minutes to read the rules and safety notes, then send this to a mate or your running club and get someone to do it with you - it’s a much better experience that way. If you’re feeling confident, you can also check out the medal and see what you’re working towards.
